Founder and Lead Trainer
Reynuhadevi Ramachandran (Reynu) began her career in the corporate world with a strong foundation in finance and business management. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA from the Federation University Australia (formerly University of Ballarat, Victoria, Australia), she spent over 20 years navigating the realities of financial institutions, SMEs, GLCs, MNCs, and start-ups.
Throughout her corporate journey, one thing became clear to her — organizations grow when people grow.
Having led teams, managed operations, driven business development, and worked closely with diverse stakeholders, Reynu witnessed firsthand the challenges professionals face: financial uncertainty, leadership pressures, workplace stress, communication gaps, and the constant need to adapt. These experiences shaped her passion for developing people, not just processes.
In 2019, she made a purposeful decision to transition into full-time training and consulting. Her mission was simple yet powerful — to equip individuals and organizations with practical, relevant skills that create measurable impact.
